This policy explains order processing and delivery for purchases from RBH Global LLC at rbhwinterwear.com.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an item cannot be dispatched as expected, we will contact you using the email address supplied with your order.

Estimated delivery

Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 4–10 business days in total for processing and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; weather, holidays, remote destinations or carrier disruption can affect delivery.

Destinations and shipping charges

Available delivery destinations and any shipping charge are determined by the delivery address and shown at checkout before you place an order. Please review the final order total. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact us before ordering; do not assume that every location is supported. Any free-shipping offer applies only when expressly shown for your order.

Carriers and tracking

Depending on the destination and service selected, parcels may be handled by USPS, UPS or FedEx. We provide available tracking information after dispatch. Tracking may take time to receive its first carrier scan. If your order ships in separate parcels, please check each tracking reference.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your name, address, unit number and contact details carefully. Email requested changes promptly with your order number. We can only change or cancel an order before dispatch. Charges resulting from a customer-provided incorrect address will be explained before any reshipment is arranged.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and tracking details. For damage, retain the packaging and send photographs. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider and work with you on the appropriate resolution; carrier delay does not remove your ability to request assistance.
